To Lin highly praised Huang Renxun and his team for actively cooperating with the Vietnamese government to promote cooperation and fulfill their promise to make Vietnam NVIDIA's "second home" by setting up an artificial intelligence (AI) R&D center and AI data center in Vietnam. To Lin said that this is an important starting point for the strategic cooperation between Vietnam and NVIDIA Group, and emphasized that cooperation with global leading technology companies such as NVIDIA plays a core role in R&D, technology transfer and high-quality talent training, helping Vietnam to fully tap the potential of artificial intelligence and achieve the nation's development goals in the new era.
To Lin pointed out that Vietnam is in a critical period of development and is making revolutionary changes in the formulation and implementation of national development strategies. The Party and the Government particularly hope to use the achievements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution to make technological innovation a top priority for the transformation of growth models, the promotion of digital economic development, and the realization of sustainable development. Among them, semiconductors and artificial intelligence are regarded as strategic priorities, aiming to improve productivity and competitiveness, and deeply integrate into the global technology value chain.
Su Lin hopes that NVIDIA Group will continue to work with Vietnam to build an artificial intelligence ecosystem and enhance technological self-reliance and self-improvement. He emphasized that the Vietnamese Party and Government regard NVIDIA as the primary strategic partner in the field of semiconductors and artificial intelligence, and promised to provide the most favorable conditions to ensure the efficient implementation of the content of the cooperation between the two sides and build Vietnam into a "new highlight" in the regional and global semiconductor, artificial intelligence and innovation industries.

Huang Renxun expressed his deep impression of the farsightedness and strong determination of the Vietnamese Party and government in developing artificial intelligence in Vietnam, and believed that Vietnam's competitive advantages in human resource quality and new technology application will become an important driving force for expanding cooperation with NVIDIA.
